Everyone on the Broadcast Team works very hard and puts a lot of time into the announcement videos they create every day. The broadcast can be extremely difficult to produce, as all of the equipment is very old. You might be able to tell in the pictures how old the equipment is, but with old equipment, it makes the broadcast lower quality and not as interesting to watch. Hopefully in the years to come, we will get new equipment, possibly from the high schools. Even if the important messages delivered during the broadcast don’t affect you, they may affect your classmates, so it’s always best to listen and be respectful during the video. Broadcast Journalism is the class in which the broadcast is produced, and is an elective available to seventh and eighth graders here at Pierce Middle School. Everyone on the team works hard to make the announcements enjoyable and fun for students.
